01 — What goes in

Chosen like medicine.
Sourced from nature.

Every suggestion Safi makes is picked the way a pharmacist would — what it is, why it's used, and how much.

02 — About

Meet Safi.

A Doctor of Pharmacy, licensed in Spain and able to practise in Egypt. She worked at a well-known pharmacy in Barcelona, and saw her own clients alongside it.

Now she's bringing natural functional medicine to Egypt — including Bach flower remedies, introduced properly, with a pharmacist's care.

03 — Services

Four disciplines,
one method.

Each one explained the way a pharmacist would — what it is, and why it's used.

01

Orthomolecular nutrition

Consulting on the vitamins, minerals, amino acids and fatty acids your body works with every day.

The science — micronutrients act as cofactors in the body's own chemistry, including pathways linked to mood and energy. The aim is the right nutrient, in a considered amount, for you.

02

Herbal remedies

Plant-based preparations, chosen around how you feel and how you live.

The science — plants contain active compounds. That's exactly why they're chosen carefully: a sensible form and dose, and a check against any medication you already take.

03

Adaptogens

A group of botanicals traditionally used to help the body meet everyday stress.

The science — adaptogens are studied for their possible role in how the body responds to stress. They're selected individually, never as a one-size-fits-all blend.

04

Bach flower remedies

A gentle system of 38 flower essences, each matched to an emotional state.

The approach — highly diluted and emotion-focused, they're used as a reflective complement to your wellbeing — alongside, never instead of, medical care.

04 — The consultation

Thirty to forty minutes,
about you.

Focused on emotional wellbeing — stress, mood and balance — and how natural support could fit your life.

01

You talk, she listens

How you've been feeling, your routine, and what you'd like to change.

02

A pharmacist's review

Any medication or supplements you already take, checked so nothing new works against them.

03

Your natural plan

Clear suggestions across nutrition, herbs, adaptogens or Bach flower remedies — what, how much and when.

04

Your doctor stays in the picture

Anything that needs medical attention goes to your doctor. Natural support sits alongside their care, never instead of it.

This is wellbeing support, not a diagnosis. If something needs medical attention, Safi will point you to your doctor.

Please note — consultations offer natural wellbeing support. They don't diagnose or treat any medical condition and don't replace your doctor. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a health condition, consult your doctor before starting any supplement or remedy.
